Michael Burke Biography

Hello, my name is Michael T. Burke and I feel that real estate is indeed a service industry.  I have spent the last 30 plus years in the service industry as a restaurant General Manager for Cracker Barrel, and O’Charley’s, and most recently as the Service Manager at Boskey’s Grille at Willowbrook Golf Course. 

While spending over 17 years at Cracker Barrel I served as a training manager and my philosophy in training was to teach managers to do what was in the best interest of the customer.  I recall as a young man my father telling me to, “Always do the right thing.”    It is a mantra I will carry with me throughout life. Doing the right thing applies in real estate as well as any other business. Having talked with the folks at Exit Realty Partners I know that they believe in the same philosophy and I love being associated with this office.  They are people that care.

My wife Connie and I are the proud parents of three children and grandparents of seven-soon to be eight- all of whom live here in Manchester and we are all glad to call Manchester our home after 21 years of residency.  Connie has worked for the Manchester City School system for over 15 years in the ESP program. My outside interests include golf, woodworking and crafting.  Additionally I am a licensed pilot and enjoy reading and writing and have published a book titled, “Life with Dad” .

I love houses and see them for what they can be and not always as they appear to be.  Many agents want to sell you a house, my goal is to sell you a “home”.  Let me help you with your needs whether you are selling or buying.

If you are looking for a house all you have to do is tell me what you want in a house and i will wear myself out finding that house for you and in the price range that you are comfortable with.  If that house doesn't exist I will tell you up front that I cannot help you.
